CURRENCY
All payments shall be made in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR).
RETURN
All of our items are carefully inspected prior to delivery. For any claims of defects or damages in transit, please send a description and unboxing video showing of the defects/damages claimed within 2 (two) business days of receipt of merchandise, to: contact@jumbajamba.com

CUSTOM (MADE TO ORDER)
Custom (made to order) products needs 8-12 weeks to make. We will begin working on your custom order after your specifications have been confirmed and we have received the required down-payment of 50%.
Please note, if your order is cancelled, we cannot return your down–payment.
Payment for custom furniture shall be made manually.
ACCURACY OF PRODUCT PHOTOS
We make every effort to make sure the photos on our website accurately depict our products However, since many of our products are handmade, our products may show individual variations for example in the shape and color, compared to the website photos. These variations make each product truly unique and we hope you will treasure each one. In addition, the, the colors you see on our website will depend on the appearance of your screen, so we cannot guarantee your screen display will represent the color of our products 100% accurately.
